Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of Project Controls Specialists.
- Provide technical oversight across cost, schedule, risk, and reporting functions.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Lead and client‑side Project Manager for your precinct.
- Integrate precinct‑level project controls data into the broader program‑wide controls system.
- Strengthen project controls capability across the wider team. Qualifications
- Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain (or currently hold) an Australian Baseline Security Clearance OR be a UK Citizen with current UK clearance.
- Proven experience in a consultancy setting, ideally on defence or major infrastructure projects.
- Strong proficiency with project controls software across cost, schedule, and risk domains.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce high‑quality reports and bid documentation. Personal Qualities
