About the Role Training Manager – 12 month fixed term contract, hybrid working (three days in office at Angaston). As the Training Manager you will lead the development and delivery of an integrated training strategy in our operational areas across Winery, Bottling and Hospitality sites within Pinnacle Drinks. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of an integrated training strategy to meet the needs of our operational areas.
- Chair the Training Steering Committee.
- Collaborate across the group to align training programmes with operational needs.
- Develop and embed training tools consistently across all businesses.
- Ensure training compliance with accreditations including Safety, Quality, Sustainability and Environment.
- Create robust reporting frameworks to monitor compliance levels and provide dashboards to leadership on accreditation status and risk areas.
- Ensure all training content and methods remain current.
- Maintain a training record‑keeping system.
- Design and deliver end‑to‑end L&D; initiatives in conjunction with the Endeavour Group Learning & Development team.
- Support promotion and uptake of Endeavour Group training programmes.
- Explore opportunities to migrate workshop‑based content to blended learning and e‑learning modules.
- Evaluate organisational performance to ensure training meets business needs and improves performance.
- Provide strong leadership, guidance and assistance to managers when assessing training requirements.
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.
- Build strong and engaging relationships with the team.
- Escalate non-compliance matters proactively and collaboratively with relevant managers.
- Drive continuous improvement to support training delivery. Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Training Manager or L&D; role within a manufacturing or similar operational environment; beverage manufacturing experience highly regarded.
- Knowledge of various training and teaching methods.
- Experience developing TNA’s, training matrices and plans.
- Strong written communication skills and confidence in communicating with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in database software or LMS.
- Minimum requirement of Cert IV in Training and Assessment. Benefits
