About the Role NHP is excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Business Development Professional to join our Sales team in Adelaide. Reporting to the Sales Manager – Projects, you will play a key role in driving growth, strengthening customer relationships and expanding NHP's market presence across South Australia. What You'll Be Doing
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to fuel growth.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with switchboard builders and key industry partners.
- Managing project timelines to ensure quality delivery and exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitoring industry trends, competitor activity and emerging market opportunities.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements that support long-term success. Ideally You Will Have / Be
- Strong knowledge of switchboards, standards and the switchboard building industry.
- Proven experience in business development and account management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to truly listen and translate customer needs.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving key business outcomes.
