- Own the narrative and creative quality of Atomi’s campaigns, ensuring everything that goes to market is clear, distinctive and meets a high bar.
- Develop distinctive campaign ideas and messaging frameworks that strengthen brand trust and recognition over time.
- Translate strategy into campaign‑led demand programs that support pipeline growth without diluting the brand.
- Lead brand‑led demand and account‑based marketing, designing and executing programs aligned to sales priorities and longer buying cycles.
- Shape content that educates schools and teachers, builds brand confidence and supports strong sales conversations.
- Partner with Brand Studio Design from the start to bring campaigns to life creatively and consistently.
- Work closely with Product Marketing, Growth and Events to ensure campaigns feel joined up across channels.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure all campaigns are relevant, practical and genuinely adopted.
- Use insight and experimentation to improve effectiveness over time, knowing when to test, refine or double down on what works.
- Balance commercial outcomes with long‑term brand strength, resisting short‑term wins that undermine trust. What You’ll Bring to Atomi
- 5+ years of experience in creative campaign or demand marketing roles within B2B SaaS or a complex product‑led business.
- Demonstrated experience leading creative, integrated campaigns in a sales‑led environment.
- Strong experience partnering with brand, design and creative teams, with respect for craft and consistency.
- Clear creative judgment and confidence in challenging safe or purely performance‑led ideas.
- Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills with sharp attention to tone and structure.
- Experience working closely with Product and Sales, with an understanding of GTM nuance and trade‑offs.
- Comfort using insight and data to inform decisions without letting metrics dictate creative quality.
- Open to experimenting with AI to boost quality, speed and scale without compromising brand.
- Proactive, strategic mind that brings clarity, creativity and strong ideas to every project.
- Comfortable in a rapid‑paced, collaborative workplace operating as a senior individual contributor with high autonomy.
