About The Role We’re looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing team delivering high-quality Physiotherapy services within the Support at Home Program across metropolitan Adelaide. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys autonomy, flexibility, meaningful client relationships, and community-based practice — supporting older Australians to remain mobile, independent, and safe within their own homes. This is an Adelaide Metropolitan Based Position on a Full Time Basis. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and interventions
- Develop person-centred, goal-focused treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy services within community settings
- Support mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Provide falls prevention and pain management strategies
- Prescribe mobility aids and exercise programs
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting

- Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience preferred
- Current SA driver’s licence
- National Police Clearance
