As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly organised, energetic Operations & Customer Support Coordinator to join our onsite team and become a key part of the day-to-day engine room of the business. This is not a sit-back-and-watch-the-clock kind of role. It’s fast-paced, hands-on and diverse, perfect for someone who enjoys being busy, solving problems on the fly, and keeping multiple moving parts running smoothly. One moment you could be coordinating freight for a major restaurant group, the next you’re liaising with suppliers, processing orders, following up purchase orders, or helping chefs source incredible native ingredients from across Australia. Working closely with our Operations Manager, you’ll play a central role across:
- Purchasing and supplier coordination
- Freight and logistics management
- Sales order processing and customer support
- Managing inbound enquiries and follow-ups
- Helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the business The person who thrives in this role is proactive, detail-oriented and quick on their feet. You’re someone who follows through, communicates clearly, works with urgency, and genuinely enjoys being the reliable person that keeps things moving. Experience in operations, administration, customer service or supply chain is highly regarded, but a positive attitude, organisation and willingness to learn are just as important. A knowledge of, or passion for, native Australian ingredients, food culture or hospitality is a big bonus. This role is fully onsite. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.
