Your Current Role Build a comprehensive knowledge base and deepen your skillset in Regional and Agribusiness banking while forming a network of professional connections. This is a 12 month program with 4 x 3 months rotations. Opportunities for rotations within Regional & Agribusiness include:

- ESG. What the Regional & Agribusiness Grad Program will offer you? When you start: You’ll start with us as a permanent employee in February each year. Your program will vary based on the business area where you choose to work. Throughout the program: We’ll provide loads of learning and support to help you make the most of the experience.
