Production Team Member – Packing & Quality Control Thomastown

About us Comfort Sleep is an Australian mattress and bedding manufacturer based in Thomastown, Victoria. We take pride in the quality of every product that leaves our factory floor and we're looking for a reliable team member to help us maintain that standard.

The role This is a hands-on, full-time production role responsible for quality control, packing, and keeping equipment in valuable working order.

Key responsibilities Conduct final quality inspections on finished mattresses and bases Identify and report defects, damage, or non-conforming products Pack and wrap products to company standards and label correctly for dispatch Troubleshoot packing machine and equipment issues, escalating to your supervisor when required Keep work areas clean, secure, and organised at all times Follow all workplace health and safety procedures Work closely with production and dispatch teams to meet daily targets Complete required quality and production paperwork and checklists

What we're looking for
