**The opportunity**

This is a hands-on, autonomous role for someone who thinks commercially, moves quick, and genuinely enjoys building something. You won't be handed a playbook, you'll be building one alongside our passionate team.

We're bringing someone in on a contract basis initially to execute our marketing output: lead generation, social presence, brand awareness, and partnerships. If you deliver results, this role grows with you. We're looking to transition the right person into a part-time and likely full-time position as the business scales.

**What you'll be doing**
- Planning and managing paid ad campaigns across Meta and other relevant platforms, with a focus on generating qualified leads, not just impressions.
- Running and growing our social media presence across Instagram including content ideation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Developing and executing brand awareness initiatives including PR activations, stunts, and campaigns.
- Identifying and managing partnerships and collaborations that expand our reach and put us in front of the right audiences.
- Working closely with the creative team to brief, concept, and produce marketing content.
- Tracking performance, reporting on what's working, and adjusting accordingly.

**What we're looking for**
- Someone who's worked in a marketing role before and can hit the ground running.
- Proven experience running paid social ad campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong instincts for brand, you understand the difference between content that builds a brand and content that just fills a feed.
- A self-starter, confident individual who's keen to chat with partners, bring forward ideas and take initiative.
- Someone who's genuinely excited by growth, you want to be part of building something, not just maintaining it.
- Excellent communication skills, you'll be representing our brand externally in partnerships and collaborations.

**What this isn't**

This isn't a role for someone looking for a safe, structured 9-to-5. There's no rigid process to follow and the agency is growing/developing systems every minute. - 1-2 days per week to start
- Flexible working
- mostly based at our office from Thomastown but there is flexibility in working from home if desired.
- Based in Melbourne.
- Pathway to increased hours, career progression and a formal employment arrangement for the right person.
