Delivery Driver (Thomastown)

Our client is a wholesale supplier of furniture in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. They require a **delivery driver** to start work immediately.
- Salary: $30.00 per hour
- Monday to Friday

- 7:30 am
- 3:30 pm
- Location: Thomastown

**Key Responsibilities and Roles**:

- Efficiently manage and organise warehouse operations.
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service, making every delivery a positive experience.
- Collaborate with the warehouse & sales team to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Pick/pack orders.
- Unloading occasional furniture containers and put away stock.
- Occasional assemble/disassemble furniture for displays/shows etc.
- Loading of trucks.
- Delivering orders to carrier depots, retail stores, warehouses and occasional domestic customers.
- Comply with HSEMS and company policies and procedures
- Heavy lifting both manual
- Ability to work under or without supervision

**Qualifications**:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be over 25.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and delivery driving.
- Robust organisational and time-management skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
