Barista (Thomastown)

That’s Amore Cheese is an Australian company leader in Italian style cheese located on Latitude Boulevard in Thomastown. In addition to our cheese factory, we have a café on-site, where guests can enjoy a variety of Italian-inspired dishes and beverages. We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Barista to join our team and help us create exceptional coffee experiences for our customers.

Are you passionate about coffee and providing excellent customer service?

You must be available 5 days between Monday to Sunday and available for weekday and weekend work!

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Greeting customers with a warm and friendly demeanour, taking orders, and providing excellent customer service
- Assisting with other café duties as needed, such as food running, handling payments, and maintaining inventory levels
- Prepare coffees and other beverages
- Providing recommendations to customers on coffee selections, based on their preferences and taste profiles
- Time management & organisation skills
- Focus on customer service
- Be passionate about your work and excel in the field!

**You’ll be perfect for this role if you have**:

- A minimum of 1 year of barista experience in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for coffee, hospitality and cheese
- Exceptional barista skills (latte art & troubleshooting knowledge)
- A bubbly and welcoming personality
- A strong work ethic with a customer-focus and positive attitude

Pay: $25.00
- $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
