- Full-time, Permanent THE ROLE: This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of a growing multi-service business.

The role will focus on coordinating office procedures, supporting business operations, managing administrative staff and ensuring efficient workflow across the organisation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
· Oversee and coordinate daily office operations to ensure administrative systems and procedures run efficiently.
· Develop, implement and maintain office administrative processes, policies and procedures.
· Coordinate office resources, supplies, equipment maintenance and service providers to support business operations.
· Support administrative staff, including allocating duties and monitoring workflow and performance management.
· Assist management with operational planning, reporting and administrative support across recruitment, events and logistics divisions.
· Maintain accurate business records, databases, filing systems and confidential company documentation.
· Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel arrangements and internal communications.
· Liaise with clients, suppliers and external stakeholders regarding operational and administrative matters.
· Monitor budgets, invoices and expenditure to ensure cost-effective office management.
· Support workplace health and safety compliance and ensure office procedures align with company policies and legislative requirements. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
· Relevant qualification, such as an Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Business, Management or Administration (or agreed equivalent).
· Proven experience as an Office Manager of at least 1 year (preferably more), ideally within a multi-service environment.
· Strong organisational and administrative management skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise professionally with staff, clients and stakeholders.
· Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
· Experience managing office systems, procedures and business documentation.
· High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
· Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions.
· You must have unrestricted working rights to work full time in Australia to be eligible for consideration. WHAT IS ON OFFER:
