**The Opportunity** This role is perfect for a relationship driven consultative salesperson focused on delivering tangible value. You may not have a huge amount of contacts yet, but you're driven to build your network. With plumbing industry experience and a foothold in the manufacturing/product supplier space, you're ready to build your list and develop your reputation as a trusted partner.
This role will see you grow the Billi brand through the management of our core Architect & Designer/Hydraulic Portfolio and the development of Key Accounts.
- Maintain a high level of strategic field activity to ensure the achievement of new Billi specifications
- Effectively manage all leads and opportunities within defined disciplines to ensure optimum sales results are achieved
- Keep detailed and up-to-date client records to support sales & marketing activities
- Confidently discuss technical specifications with architects and developers
- Conduct training/give CPD presentations to architects
**About You**
- Experience in a similar technical specification/consultative sales role
- Plumbing industry experience and exposure to the product manufacturing/supply space
- Driven to achieve targets and succeed
- A needs based consultative approach to client engagement
- Able to liaise with different teams, managing laterally and collaborating to achieve win/win outcomes
- CRM experience. Familiar with the basics of data input, management, and segmentation
- Believe in a culture of the best idea wins out, everyone is equal, performance accountability and continuous improvement
- Robust desire to become a trusted advisor in our industry
