Delivery Driver Thomastown

Our client is a wholesale supplier of furniture in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. They require a delivery driver to start work immediately.

Salary: $30.00 per hour

Monday to Friday

7:30 am
- 3:30 pm

Key Responsibilities and Roles:

Efficiently manage and organise warehouse operations.

Safely operate delivery vehicles to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Uphold the highest standards of customer service, making every delivery a positive experience.

Collaborate with the warehouse & sales team to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Pick/pack orders.

Unloading occasional furniture containers and put away stock.

Occasional assemble/disassemble furniture for displays/shows etc.

Loading of trucks.

Delivering orders to carrier depots, retail stores, warehouses and occasional domestic customers.

Comply with HSEMS and company policies and procedures

Heavy lifting both manual

Ability to work under or without supervision

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be over 25.

Proven experience in warehouse operations and delivery driving.

Robust organisational and time-management skills.

Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
