Welcome to Eden Academy Thornlands. We are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children. Operating from 6:30am
- 6:30pm we offer a nurturing setting with natural play spaces, open plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age‑appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for our children to explore, grow, and thrive.
In Your Role As a Educator
You will nurture little learners through playful learning and meaningful connection
Create engaging environments that spark curiosity and wonder
Show up with kindness, creativity, and a can‑do spirit every day
Communicate with confidence and build lasting bonds with families
Bring positive energy and a team‑first attitude to every room
What You’ll Bring
A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA‑recognised equivalent)
A current Working with Children Check
Full Australian working rights
A warm, qualified presence and a genuine passion for early learning
Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community
Available to work Monday to Friday across a range of shift patterns, with flexibility to be on call at short notice to cover unexpected leave
Two qualified references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
