Your responsibilities will include aiding in the training and growth of the entire kitchen team. - Experience in a kitchen/cooking role within a busy hospitality environment
- Experience leading and developing a team
- Ability to understand, interpret, and explain key kitchen financial performance indicators including cost of goods, labor costs, and wastage
- Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience
- Sound understanding of food safety concerns
