- Wellbeing Support & Inclusive Culture & Extended Training Program An exciting opportunity has become available for a full-time Retail Sales & Design Team Member based in Capalaba. This position involves working as part of our collaborative retail team – reporting to the Store Manager. The role will involve working with our large trades and regular customer base. This position is full‑time and permanent, with a rotating roster to work on Saturdays. No Sundays or evenings. Responsibilities
- Customer interaction and relationship building face to face, by email and over the phone
- Designing and selling Stratco products
- Inbound telephone sales – processing and entering orders
- Commitment to continual growth, learning & training
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment About You
- Essential – Computer and data entry skills
- Essential – Driven to meet KPIs and sales targets
- Essential – Desire to learn Stratco products and industry
- Essential – Availability to work one to two Saturdays per month 9am to 2pm
- Desirable – Experience in building industry or manufacturing
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience and create brand loyalty
