Senior Educator at Goodstart leads a room and a team of dedicated educators, delivering high‑quality early childhood programs and collaborating with leadership to continuously improve teaching practices, ensuring safety and inclusivity for all children.

Responsibilities

Take charge of your own room and lead a team of dedicated educators.

Deliver exceptional educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.

Ensure safety and inclusivity for all children, tailoring learning experiences to meet their needs.

Pay: Between $39.85 and $41.05 per hour plus super, with at least 5% above award rate.

Qualifications

Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
