About the business Well-Established Food Manufacturing Company. Our company prides itself on having the highest quality products and food safety standards. About the role Reporting to the Factory Manager. On a daily basis you will be responsible for dispatching and processing and blending raw materials. You will follow production work orders (PWO) to create batches and recipes. Following standard operating procedures (SOP's), each day you will safely set up and run machinery in the process plant. You will be required to operate a forklift. You will also be responsible for receiving deliveries and any other general duties which may come to hand. You will be robust physically and capable of lifting & working hard. You we be energetic, willing and reliable to your team at all times. You will be working in a small team and also alone and you must always have a can-do attitude. Skills and experience As a Food Factory Compounder, you MUST have AT LEAST TWO YEARS experience in a similar Food Factory role where you have handled food products and capable of operating machinery. You MUST understand food safety and how to handle and prepare food products. You MUST be experienced and capable following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Production Work Orders (PWO). You MUST be prepared to work hard. You MUST be reliable & available to work everyday Monday to Friday 5.00am
- 2.00pm You MUST be fluent in English
