Maintenance Leading Hand (Seven Hills)

Seeking a skilled **Maintenance Leading Hand** to join a growing team in Seven Hills. This hands-on role involves performing and supervising maintenance activities on plant, equipment, and field units to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Start ASAP
- $100k-$120k + super
- Permanent opportunity

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Service and repair equipment including generators, pumps, trailers, vehicles, and treatment systems
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Assist with mobilization, installation, and commissioning of water treatment systems
- Maintain accurate service records and asset registers
- Promote a safe and organised work environment

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Trade qualification or relevant experience in maintenance, plant operations, or mechanical/electrical systems
- Proven experience in maintenance and supervision
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Current driver’s licence
- (Desirable) Experience in water treatment, mining, or process industries; Confined Space/Working at Heights training; Forklift or High-Risk Work Licence
