Production Manager - Signage & Print (Seven Hills)

We’re a busy and growing signage shop in Seven Hills looking for a motivated and reliable Production Manager to oversee daily production and help drive quality and efficiency across our workflow. You don’t need signage experience—we’ll train you in that. However, experience in printing is essential, and you must have a solid background in graphic design.

This is a full-time role for someone who thrives under pressure, pays strong attention to detail, and is eager to learn new skills—including vehicle wrapping and other hands-on signage techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and set up artwork files for production
- Operate large-format printers and laminators
- Run contour cutting and weeding of vinyl
- Manage production schedules and ensure jobs are completed on time
- Maintain quality control across all stages of production
- Work closely with the business owner to streamline workflow and systems
- Perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines when needed

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in printing or print production (required)
- Background in graphic design (required)
- A university degree in graphic design or equivalent is a bonus
- Robust attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems on the go
- Willingness to learn signage-specific processes and vehicle wrapping
- Positive attitude, initiative, and reliability
