A **leading manufacturer of high-quality bathroom fixtures** is seeking a **motivated and experienced Team Leader** to join their **Assembly Department**.

This is an exciting prospect to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in daily operations.

**About the Role**:

- Lead and supervise a team to meet production targets.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure **quality control** and compliance with manufacturing standards.
- Coordinate workflow and resolve any assembly-related issues.
- Work closely with supervisors and other departments to maintain smooth operations.
- Maintain **workplace safety standards** and enforce WHS guidelines.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Proven experience** in a leadership or team leader role within a **manufacturing or assembly environment**.
- Strong **hands-on experience** in assembly or production processes.
- Ability to **lead, coach, and motivate** a team to achieve targets.
- Excellent **problem-solving skills** and attention to detail.
- Strong **communication and organizational** skills.
- Understanding of **WHS compliance** and safe work practices.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
