Our client is a growing and highly respected specialist within the Height Safety and Construction industry, delivering engineered fall protection and safety solutions across commercial construction projects.

The company has experienced robust year-on-year growth and is now looking to bring on an Estimator to support their expanding workload and growing client base.

Whether you already come from a Height Safety background or have estimating experience within construction, roofing, façade, building products, engineering, or a related industry, this role offers the chance to develop specialised technical expertise while working alongside an experienced and collaborative team.

The Role


• Prepare estimates and quotations for commercial construction projects
• Review and interpret architectural and construction drawings
• Use Bluebeam and related software for system design and estimating
• Liaise with clients, builders, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Support tender submissions and project pricing activities
• Work collaboratively with the estimating and sales teams
• Assist in designing engineered Height Safety systems
• Coordinate with offshore estimating support where required
• Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and high-quality documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement and business growth initiatives

About You


• Experience as an Estimator within Construction, Roofing, Height Safety, Building Products, Engineering, or similar industries
• Height Safety experience highly regarded but not essential
• Experience using Bluebeam preferred
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar design software also highly regarded
• Ability to read and interpret complex architectural drawings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, motivated, and team-oriented attitude
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines
• Passion for delivering high-quality work and client outcomes
