Field Service Installation Technician Gym Equipment …, Seven Hills

Our company provides gym equipment repairs, installations, relocations and general maintenance to commercial gyms, strata buildings, residential clients, schools and more. Whilst we are based in Seven Hills, most of the work is completed across various sites in Sydney and its surrounds.

To keep a high level of service to our clients, the successful applicant would require some or all of the following;

A minimum of 1 year experience as an installation technician or similar role

Knowledge of general mechanics/electrics

The ability to work independently and in a team environment

The ability to learn quickly on the go

Have solid communication skills

Basic administrative and organisational skills

The main day to day tasks would be as follows;

Installing and setting up gym equipment at client sites, ensuring all components are correctly assembled and tested for safe operation.

Relocating gym equipment between sites, ensuring the protected dismantling, transport, reinstallation, and testing of all units to restore full functionality.

Accurately complete service documentation, including maintenance reports, client receipts, and job logs, in accordance with company procedures.

Liaise regularly with the office team to coordinate service schedules and job updates, and communicate directly with clients to provide updates, explain technical issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Pay: $75,000.00
- $80,000.00 per year
