We’re a fast-growing security & networking distributor supporting leading brands such as **Hikvision, Dahua, TP-Link, Ruijie Networks, and Bosch Alarm**. With sales and technical teams expanding, we now need an experienced Warehouse Manager to keep stock flowing smoothly and safely.

What You’ll Do

**Warehouse Leadership**Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch for B2B & e-commerce orders.

**WMS Expertise**Own daily operations in

**Unleashed** (our cloud WMS): cycle counts, stock adjustments, SKU location mapping, BOM kitting and inventory reporting.

**Team Management**Schedule and supervise 1-2 storepersons; coach on best practice and KPIs.

**Forklift & Equipment**Load / unload pallets, replenish fast-moving stock, and maintain forklifts & pallet jacks in good order.

**Safety & Compliance**Champion WHS: conduct toolbox talks, maintain SDS registers, enforce PPE, and investigate near-misses.

**Process Improvement**Streamline picking routes, implement 5S, and liaise with sales / tech support to eliminate delivery errors.

**Reporting**Produce weekly inventory accuracy and DIFOT (Delivery In-Full, On-Time) dashboards for management.What You Bring
- **Experience**: 3 + years supervising a warehouse or 3PL environment; background with electronic or IT products is a plus.
- **Unleashed WMS**: Confident user who can create templates, run batch imports and train others.
- **Licence & Skills**: Current LF forklift licence; able to safely handle high-reach and counterbalance machines.
- **Safety Mindset**: Solid grasp of Australian WHS legislation, risk assessments and manual-handling best practice.
- **Tech Savvy**: Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets, label printers and basic API integrations.
- **Soft Skills**: Positive, hands-on leader who communicates clearly in English; Mandarin a bonus for supplier liaison.
- **Work Rights**: Australian PR / Citizenship preferred; valid full-time work visa accepted.
- **Availability**: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am
- 5:00 pm; no overtime, weekends off.

Pay: $55,000.00
- $65,000.00 per year
