Chef (Seven Hills)

- As a chef you are expected to perform duties, not limited to, as below:
- Plan, collect, organize food for menus.
- Plan menus, recipes and task sheets.
- Cook items on menus and specials as required.
- Prepare and use specialized kitchen equipment.
- Plan and organize efficient work sequences within time restraints.
- Communicate with other staff members in kitchen team and food service staff.
- Work cooperatively with other members of the kitchen team.
- Demonstrate a high standard of personal hygiene.
- Ensures high standards of sanitation and cleanliness are maintained throughout kitchen area.
- Assemble and prepare ingredients for menu items.
- Manage stock efficiently and prepare order sheets.
- Minimise food spoilage. Eligibility Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of full-time Chef experience after qualification
- Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Experience in Indian cuisine preferred
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
