Disability Support Worker (Seven Hills)

Me&You; Carers are looking for people to join our support worker team.

As a Support Worker, you will be energetic and have the ability to engage with participants in supporting them to achieve their goals. You will be helping the people you work with to build their skills, independence and capacity.

There can be a wide variety and flexibility in hours and work arrangements in the disability sector, allowing you to strike a balance between work and home life, or work and study. A willingness to work weekdays, evening, nights, weekends and public holidays is a requirement of this role.

**Essential requirement of the role**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to apply)
- Current Working With Children's Check (WWCC) (or willing to apply)
- Current Drivers License and a reliable vehicle that is registered, comprehensively insured and maintained.
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Availability to work a 24/7 roster including sleepovers
- Digital Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
- Smart phone

**Job Types**: Part time, Casual

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
