What to expect from an ABS Operations Manager position?

Managing revenue growth and profit achievement

Business development support

Ensuring customer and employee satisfaction, as well as relationship building and customer relationship management

Asset management, maintenance, and efficiency

Document management and control

Undertaking Ecological report writing

Who are we looking for?

Highly effective planning, organisation, and problem

solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

Proven experience in a similar position within the Landscape Conservation industry

Demonstrated capacity to meet client requirements, demonstrating diplomacy when problem solving in matters complex or sensitive
