Field Service Technician (Seven Hills)

About the Role: This is a dynamic field-based role where you’ll be delivering high-quality service, breakdown support, fault finding and preventative maintenance on JCB machinery across the region. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Diagnosing and resolving breakdowns in the field
- Performing scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
- Conducting fault finding across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems
- Working directly with customers to deliver safe and professional service
- Collaborating with internal technical teams on complex repairs

- Mechanical Trade Certificate (all mechanical trades considered)
- Experience working on fixed or mobile plant, construction, agricultural or automotive equipment
- Previous JCB or OEM equipment experience desirable
- Robust diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Commitment to safe work practices and good communication skills
- Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening
