A leading manufacturer of high-quality bathroom fixtures is seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join their Assembly Department.

This is an exciting chance to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace while ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in daily operations.

About the Role:

Lead and supervise a team to meet production targets.

Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve productivity and efficiency.

Ensure quality control and compliance with manufacturing standards.

Coordinate workflow and resolve any assembly-related issues.

Work closely with supervisors and other departments to maintain smooth operations.

Maintain workplace safety standards and enforce WHS guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a leadership or team leader role within a manufacturing or assembly environment.

Solid hands-on experience in assembly or production processes.

Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team to achieve targets.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Understanding of WHS compliance and protected work practices.

Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
