Furniture Assembler/factory hand (Seven Hills)

About the role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Furniture Assemblers/Factory Hands to join our team at Chair Solutions' in Seven Hills, NSW. As a full-time position, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing operations, responsible for the assembly and production of high-quality furniture products. What you'll be doing
- Assemble furniture components following detailed instructions and specifications
- Operate power tools and machinery to cut, shape and finish furniture parts
- Perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure products meet our high standards
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, following all safety protocols
- Assist with the loading, unloading and storage of raw materials and finished goods
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily and weekly targets What we're looking for
- Previous experience in furniture assembly or manufacturing, preferably in a similar role
- Solid attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions
- Competent with power tools and machinery used in furniture production
- Good hand-eye coordination and physical fit and strong
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
