Bendella Homes is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to support our growing residential construction business. This is a flexible part-time role suited to someone experienced in accounts administration who is looking for approximately 1 day per week of consistent work. About the Role You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounts payable function, ensuring invoices, supplier accounts, and payment processes are managed accurately and efficiently. - Based in our Toowoomba office Key Responsibilities
- Processing supplier invoices and accounts payable entries
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Following up missing invoices and account queries
- Assisting with payment preparation and scheduling
- Maintaining organised digital records and documentation
- Supporting general accounts and administration tasks
- Assisting with financial data entry and reporting About You We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous accounts payable or bookkeeping experience
- Has strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Can work autonomously and manage their workload independently
- Is reliable, organised, and professional
- Is confident using accounting and computer systems
- Has excellent communication skills
