Training starts in September! **OPPORTUNITY**: AXL + CO is a brand-new menswear business that opened its first stores in NSW just over a year ago and is expanding rapidly We are looking for Leaders who will be required to get involved with all aspects of the AXL + CO brand. This includes front-of-house customer experience, stock management, coaching and developing your team, and visual merchandising, Managing wages etc. This really is a Store Manager's Dream! This role has everything you need to feel empowered and motivated, and all roads lead to success and progression. **ABOUT US**:

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Have a minimum of 1-2 years of fashion retail management experience.
- You are confident, authentic, down-to-earth and Fun!
- Experience managing a team of more than 3.
- Sound Customer service skills with a proven track record in sales.
- Be determined to achieve the store budget and understand KPI expectations.
- Be analytical and can identify store opportunities.
- Have a passion for customer service, fashion, and retail sales.
- Can lead, motivate, and inspire a team.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Strong VM skills and ability to move fixtures/fittings.
- Work with others and alone, as this is the nature of the roster.
