ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable & Payable Officer to join our finance department on Fixed-term Full-time basis for 12 months. In this role you will be responsible for processing and managing accounts receivable and payable tasks for the group. This includes:
Processing and reconciling customer invoices and payments
Daily bank reconciliations
Customer setup and maintenance
Establishing and maintaining vendors;
Weekly debtor reporting reconciliation and review
Help with end of month close out, audit enquiries and regular checks to ensure data quality
Supporting front office operations on an ad hoc basis

You have demonstrated experience in accounts payable, receivable and data entry
