A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for: Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members Driving the Ghanda values with your store team Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
