Bar Manager (Hampton)

**The Role**: **Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day bar operations, ensuring smooth service and excellent guest experiences
- Recruit, train, and motivate bar staff to maintain high service standards
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Develop and update drink menus, keeping current with trends and seasonal offerings
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Monitor financial performance, including sales targets, costs, and budgets
- Handle customer feedback professionally and effectively
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience as a Bar Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A hands-on leader who leads by example
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
