What you'll be doing
- Owning the full financial management cycle from budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis through to board-level reporting ensuring leadership always has the commercial insight they need to make confident, high-stakes decisions.
- Acting as a true commercial business partner across multiple operational divisions, translating financial data into clear strategy and identifying opportunities to improve margins, capital efficiency, and long-term financial resilience.
- Leading and developing a finance team, building capability from the ground up while embedding stronger systems, processes, and controls that scale with the business as it grows. What we're looking for CA or CPA qualified, with proven experience in a senior finance role within a large, operationally complex environment. You bring strong commercial instincts, genuine leadership capability, and the confidence to influence at an executive level. Experience navigating regulatory, compliance, or multi-entity reporting environments will be well regarded. Benefits
