Rugby Farming Group is a large farming operation with multiple sites located throughout Queensland. The Role The Training Officer will play a key role in assisting the operations of the business however will also be required to assist across a range of generalist HR activities to support our operation. Key Responsibilities
- To provide practical training to workers to ensure safety and quality which is paramount.
- Working closely with Supervisors and Managers to support them to meet production demands.
- Driving positive cultural change whilst upholding and promoting the core values of the Rugby Farming Group.
- Adhoc support to assist all facets of the business.
- Given the nature of our industry, weekend work and early morning starts will be required.
- Working outside with frequent travel between farms and sites may be a requirement of the position. About You
- Robust knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices and processes.
- Excellent planning, organisation and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to form excellent working relationship across all levels of the business.
- Current Manual Driver's License is required for the position.
