Full-time Client Advisor role in a boutique Accounting & Advisory practice based in Torquay (Surf Coast). Manage your own client portfolio and deliver proactive business advisory, tax planning, and Virtual CFO services to trades and construction businesses. Responsibilities
- Recent role working with a small, high-performing team and diverse client base of Australian trades & construction businesses

- CA, CPA or CTA qualified (or close to completion)
- 5–7+ years’ experience in public practice tax and accounting. Advisory experience well regarded
- Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax law
- Confident facilitating virtual client meetings and communicating advice to business owners
- Experience managing or mentoring a small team and delivering high-quality work under deadlines
- Comfortable with cloud-based tools and modern practice management systems
- Industry experience in trades, construction, or project-based businesses highly regarded
