We’re on the hunt for passionate Cooks, Pizza Chefs, Demi Chefs, and Chefs de Partie across casual, part-time, and full-time roles. Here, your culinary creativity isn’t limited to the kitchen. You will serve up experiences across our restaurant, breakfast buffets, à la carte breakfast & dinners, conferences, and our lively Pizza Bar!

What You’ll Do:

- Prepare, cook, and plate dishes with flair and creativity
- Take charge of your kitchen section while supporting a smooth service flow
- Maintain top-notch hygiene, food safety, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Learn, grow, and sharpen your culinary skills in a supportive, dynamic environment What We’re Looking For:

- A passion for food and a drive to grow your culinary career
- Flexibility for mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) for Demi Chefs & Chef de Partie
- Professional kitchen experience (for Demi Chefs & Chef de Partie)
