**About the Role**: We are seeking enthusiastic **Casual Food and Beverage Attendants** to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the success of our venue. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests across all food and beverage areas. This position offers an excellent opportunity for both experienced food and beverage attendants and individuals interested in starting their career in the hospitality industry. **Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and seating customers in a qualified and friendly manner.
- Presenting menus and providing recommendations to guests.
- Taking orders and serving food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Anticipating customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their experience.
- Handling inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
- Processing payments and operating the POS system effectively.
- Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth flow of service.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
- Strong customer service skills with a warm and approachable demeanour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is essential, RCG certificate is highly preferred
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in English.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.31
- $40.05 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Food & Beverage Attendant: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)
- RCG (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
