**The Role**

As a Service Leader, you'll manage the day-to-day operations of multiple SIL homes, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support for people with disability.

With guidance from the Senior Operations Manager, you'll lead a diverse team to deliver safe, consistent, and empowering services that promote independence and quality of life.

This role includes coaching, mentoring, and supervision—supporting your team to grow, stay engaged, and deliver exceptional care every day.

**Key Responsibilities Include**: Oversee operations across multiple residential properties, ensuring consistency and excellence in service delivery.

Manage a diverse and dynamic caseload of clients across the residential properties in your remit, supporting their individual goals and aspirations.

Role model effective person-centered practices that empower both team and clients.

Provide direction, coaching, and development to your team in each of your residential properties to address learning needs and build capability.

Support the team in providing high-quality services, ensuring each participant's plans and goals are assessed and evaluated in line with their aspirations.

Conduct effective onboarding, orientation, and development programs for team, ensuring their engagement and qualified growth.

Conduct regular team meetings and monthly practice supervision sessions for each team member.

Oversee risk management strategies to ensure participant safety and wellbeing across all properties.

**About You**

Demonstrated experience overseeing operations across multiple residential properties or comparable settings.

Nursing background or extensive experience in High Physical Support & Complex Care is highly regarded

Proven ability to manage a large caseload of clients, ensuring high-quality outcomes in line with person-centered practices.

Demonstrated capacity to effectively lead, coach, and develop a dispersed team to achieve best quality outcomes.

Exceptional organisational and time-management skills to handle the complexities of overseeing multiple sites and large teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic, fast-paced environments.

A thorough understanding of available community services, networks, and supports.
