We are seeking a qualified and experienced Builder to join our Construction Business. You will be delivering various scopes of work within the group including but not limited to retaining walls, various large shed construction projects and be working across multiple sites. This role is ideal for a motivated qualified who can manage on-site construction activities while leading a crew to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to specification. About the Role Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for organising, supervising and participating in the construction of retaining walls on various projects and building sites conducted by the Doyle Group. This includes coordinating site activities and ensuring works are completed to required details, accuracy, quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and participate in the construction of various projects
- Manage and coordinate site team
- Interpret construction drawings and project specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements
- Maintain project timelines and workmanship standards
- Liaise with site supervisors and project management teams
- Be able to build with accuracy and precision Skills & Experience Required
- Current Builder’s Licence / Builder Registration (essential)
- Demonstrated experience in retaining wall construction within civil or commercial environments
- Experience supervising or managing small site team
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and site safety requirements
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Construction White Card and relevant site tickets/licences
