E&R Engineer - Electrical (Townsville City)

- 8/6 Roster (Wed to Wed) The Role Deliver electrical equipment reliability and integrity across all NAO plant areas, while ensuring the electrical HSE is managed in accordance with Electrical Safety Standards.
- Deliver electrical equipment reliability and integrity across all NAO plant areas
- Ensure compliance with Company HSE standards, applicable Acts & Regulations and Australian Standards
- Support electrical safety management systems, standards and procedures and provide technical support to electrical workers
- Undertake reliability improvement projects, investigations and root cause failure analysis
- Ensure world class maintenance strategies are in place based upon equipment risk and criticality
- Monitor compliance to relevant statutory regulations and internal engineering standards Qualifications & Experience
- You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture
- Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent industry experience
- RPEQ, CPEng or NPER (Desirable)
- Experience in maintenance and/or engineering within a chemical manufacturing plant or similar heavy industry environment
- Familiarity with Electrical Safety Legislation, Australian Standards and Safety Management Systems
