CommVisual is a Townsville-based media and signage business with two divisions — large-format print and signage, and outdoor billboard advertising. We work with clients across North Queensland and are in an active growth phase. We're looking for a highly organised, creative, and proactive Administration & Design Coordinator to join our small team full time. This is a hands-on role working directly with the business owner — you'll be the operational backbone of the business, keeping jobs moving while producing design work that literally gets seen across the region. What you'll be doing:
- Day-to-day administration, scheduling, and coordination across both divisions
- Producing print-ready artwork for large-format signage, vehicle wraps, and billboard campaigns
- Creating and scheduling social media content
- Client communications, quoting support, and job tracking
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and installers
- Maintaining job folders, file management, and artwork archives
- Supporting the business owner with ad hoc projects as the business grows What we're looking for:
- Experience in an administration, coordinator, or design role
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and/or Photoshop essential)
- Canva and social media content creation experience
- Strong attention to detail — accuracy in design files and client communication is non-negotiable
- A self-starter who takes ownership and communicates proactively
