About the Role

As an Operator / General Labourer, you’ll help make, pack, and move building products safely and efficiently. You’ll be part of a team that values safety, quality, and teamwork, with opportunities to learn recent skills and grow into permanent roles.

What You’ll Do

Operate roll forming and materials handling equipment

Pack and dispatch products accurately and on time

Keep your work area safe and clean, following OH&S; procedures

Report faults, incidents, and production updates

Help improve processes and support your team

Skills & Experience

Previous manufacturing or labouring experience helpful but not required

Forklift licence is a plus (not essential)

Understand and follow safety and quality rules

Team player with reliability and initiative

Basic computer skills

Attention to detail and focus on quality

Shifts:

Day: Mon–Thu 6am–2:30pm, Fri 6am–12pm

Afternoon: Mon–Thu 2pm–10:30pm, Fri 12pm–6pm
