Company Overview We're looking for a motivated Dental Assistant/Receptionist to work across our SMILES North Shore and SMILES Belgian Gardens practices. The ideal candidate will have experience in dental assisting or reception, and we're equally open to someone who brings strength in one area and is keen to be trained in both. If you're adaptable, patient-focused, and enjoy working in a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you. Job Description Provide clinical chairside assistance and support during procedures. Deliver excellent patient care, both in the chair and at reception. Maintain strict sterilisation protocols and a clean, hygienic environment. Manage stock, supplies, and assist with front-desk duties including bookings and patient enquiries. Qualifications Willingness to learn – Previous knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, or dental software is a bonus, but not essential. We'll provide training and support to help you grow. Solid organisational skills and the ability to multitask. Excellent communication skills and a caring, positive attitude. Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or Receptionist is valued, but we're happy to train the right candidate. Availability for occasional late-night shifts and weekends as required.
