- Support the mission of Southern Cross Catholic College through leadership of the learning and teaching program.
- Ensure appropriate pedagogies are developed and implemented at all levels.
- Demonstrate leadership in teaching and learning, human leadership, and strategic leadership.
- Model Catholic values, trust, compassion and community, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for students and staff.
- Lead with integrity, model our Catholic ethos in practice, and be motivated by helping both students and staff flourish. Qualifications
- Registered teacher with the Queensland College of Teachers.
- Extensive classroom experience in the Arts.
- Deep understanding of the Australian Curriculum and QCAA requirements.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor others, build collaborative teams and translate data into meaningful improvement.
- Ability to model integrity, foster relationships and create an inclusive, supportive environment.
