About The Role Canex Resources is recruiting on behalf of a well-established international mobility and vehicle rental provider for a full-time Customer Service Agent. This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a positive customer experience. This role operates on a rotating roster, so availability for nights, weekends and public holidays is essential. Full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities
- Opening and closing rental agreements
- Managing reservations and customer enquiries
- Selling additional over-the-counter rental products
- General office administration including phones and filing
- Recording vehicle damage and condition reports
- Delivering and moving vehicles between locationsWorking between the main office and airport locations
- Providing high-quality customer service at all times What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, sales or dealership environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and computer skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work a rotating roster including nights and weekends Requirements
- Current Manual Open Driver’s Licence
- Reliable transport to and from work
- Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol testing
