**About the Role**: As part of our team, you'll help create a caring, inclusive, and exciting environment where children feel protected, supported, and inspired to learn. You’ll turn everyday moments into rich learning opportunities and contribute to a service that values relationships, creativity, and a love for early childhood education.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging, play-based learning experiences tailored to children aged 0-5
- Support children’s development, wellbeing, and emotional needs
- Work closely with a passionate team of educators to deliver high-quality programs
- Assist with daily routines, ensuring a calm, consistent, and nurturing environment
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

**What We’re Looking For**: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved) A fun-loving, curious, and caring nature Strong communication and teamwork skills Working With Children Check (NSW) and current First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
